2. Description of Service

Aya is an AI-powered job search platform that helps users find relevant job opportunities by:

• Analyzing resumes using artificial intelligence (Claude by Anthropic)
• Searching multiple job boards simultaneously (LinkedIn, Indeed, Glassdoor, ZipRecruiter, Monster, etc.)
• Providing AI-scored job matches (0-100% compatibility)
• Generating personalized cover letters using AI
• Creating tailored resumes for specific job applications
• Identifying skill gaps and career development opportunities
• Offering AI-powered interview preparation
• Sending email notifications for job search results

3. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

Important: Aya uses artificial intelligence to generate content including cover letters, tailored resumes, job match scores, and recommendations. By using this service, you acknowledge and agree that:

• AI-generated content may contain errors, inaccuracies, or inappropriate content
• You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and verifying all AI-generated documents before use
• AI match scores are estimates and do not guarantee interview invitations or job offers
• Generated cover letters and resumes should be customized to reflect your authentic voice and accurate qualifications
• We do not guarantee the accuracy of skill gap analysis or learning recommendations
• AI recommendations should be treated as suggestions, not professional career advice

4. Processing Time

When you submit a job search request, our AI pipeline typically takes 3-10 minutes to complete. During this time, the system:

• Parses and analyzes your resume
• Searches multiple job boards
• Scores each job against your profile
• Generates cover letters for qualifying matches (70%+ score)
• Creates tailored resumes for each match
• Analyzes skill gaps
• Sends email notification when complete

Processing times may vary based on the number of jobs found and system load.

5. User Accounts

To use our service, you must create an account and provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use
• Ensuring your contact information remains current

6. Subscription Plans and Billing

Free Plan

• 3 job searches total (lifetime)
• 10 jobs collected per search session
• AI-generated cover letters and resumes for qualifying matches
• Email notifications for job search results

Pro Plan ($5.99/month)

• 12 job searches per month
• 10 jobs collected per search session
• All AI features (cover letters, resumes, skill analysis)
• Priority email support
• Access to interview preparation tools

Billing occurs monthly via Stripe. You may cancel at any time, with access continuing until the end of your billing period. We do not store your payment card information.

7. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information in your resume and profile
• Use the service for legitimate personal job search purposes only
• Review and verify all AI-generated content before submitting to employers
• Respect intellectual property rights
• Not attempt to circumvent usage limits or restrictions
• Not use the service for any unlawful or prohibited activities
• Not misrepresent AI-generated content as solely your own creation

8. Prohibited Uses

You may not use our service to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Transmit malicious code or interfere with service operation
• Attempt unauthorized access to our systems
• Share account credentials with others
• Use automated tools to access the service beyond intended functionality
• Misrepresent your identity or qualifications to employers
• Harvest job listings or data for commercial purposes
• Upload resumes containing false or misleading information

9. Service Availability

While we strive for high availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance, updates, or modifications that may temporarily affect service availability. AI processing times (3-10 minutes) are estimates and may vary.

10. Content and Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of your personal content (resume, preferences, etc.). By using our service, you grant us a limited license to use this content to provide our services, including processing by AI systems.

AI-generated content (cover letters, tailored resumes) is provided for your personal use in job applications. All service features, algorithms, and platform content provided by Aya remain the intellectual property of Kwata Team Inc.

11. Job Search Results and Employment Disclaimer

We provide job search results and AI recommendations as a convenience. We cannot and do not guarantee:

• The accuracy or completeness of job listings
• The availability of positions when you apply
• That you will receive interviews or job offers
• The quality or legitimacy of all posted jobs
• Employment outcomes or hiring decisions by employers
• The suitability of AI-generated match scores
• The effectiveness of AI-generated cover letters or resumes

Job search success depends on many factors beyond our control, including market conditions, employer preferences, competition, and individual qualifications. Our service assists in your job search process but does not guarantee employment outcomes. Always verify job details independently and conduct due diligence when engaging with potential employers.

12. Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your information, including how your data is processed by AI systems.

13. Disclaimers

Our service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to:

• Merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose
• Accuracy or completeness of job search results
• Accuracy of AI-generated content and recommendations
• Uninterrupted or error-free operation
• Security of data transmission
• Suitability of AI match scores or recommendations

14. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kwata Team Inc. and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

• Lost profits, data, or business opportunities
• Failure to obtain employment or interviews
• Reliance on AI-generated content or recommendations
• Errors in job listings or match scores

15. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Kwata Team Inc. harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the service, misuse of AI-generated content, or violation of these terms.

16. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, if you breach these terms. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

17. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Canada, specifically the Province of Alberta. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction in Alberta, Canada.

18. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or service notification. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
