  • Resume Parsing: AI extracts skills, experience, certifications, and other professional information from your uploaded resume.
  • Job Matching: AI compares your profile against job listings to calculate match scores (0-100%).
  • Document Generation: AI generates cover letters and tailored resumes based on your profile and specific job requirements.

Processing Time

When you submit a job search, our AI pipeline takes approximately 3-10 minutes to:

  • Parse and analyze your resume
  • Search multiple job boards (LinkedIn, Indeed, Glassdoor, etc.)
  • Score each job against your profile
  • Generate personalized cover letters for qualifying matches (70%+ score)
  • Create tailored resumes for each qualifying match
  • Identify skill gaps and learning opportunities

AI Limitations

AI may occasionally produce inaccurate or inappropriate content. You are responsible for reviewing and editing all AI-generated cover letters and resumes before use. We recommend customizing generated documents to accurately reflect your qualifications and voice.

4. How We Use Your Information
